Success Story: First Prize to MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly in Folk Dance Competition*
As per the instructions of the Ministry of Youth Welfare and Sports, Government of India, organized under the aegis of Nehru Yuva Kendra Bareilly, the Yuva Utsav: India @ 2047,
the cultural center participants of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University participated in the group folk dance competition and won the first prize.
Under this, the winning team is awarded with a cash prize of ₹ 5000, trophy along with certificate.
Students presented a collective folk dance depicting the unity in diversity of Indian culture, in which Himanshu Sharma, Varnika, Pankhuri, Prableen Kaur, Vivek Rajput, Paridhi, Gaurav, Mayur Singh, Bhumika, Kajal, Manisha, Monika, Vikas Sharma Vishal and Suraj participated.
The participants of this team will represent Bareilly district in the folk-dance category in the state level youth festival.
