The Proctorial Board of MJPRU is established to uphold discipline, integrity, and ethical conduct across the University campus.

To prevent ragging and maintain discipline, a Discipline Committee, Anti-Ragging Squad and Anti-Ragging Committee have been constituted at the university campus.
Any case reported by a departmental discipline committee undergoes a preliminary inquiry, after which the Proctorial Board and Anti-Ragging Committee recommends appropriate action.
In hostels, university-appointed authorities ensure discipline and assist the Proctorial Board in addressing violations.
All students must submit an undertaking at the time of admission, declaring they will not engage in misconduct and will comply with anti-ragging regulations.
In collaboration with the Chief Proctor’s office, the Board provides counselling and mentoring to support student well-being.
