Migration

  • Application form collect from Cash Counter with deposit fee as per given below :
    • Normal Course 200/-.
    • Professional Course 200/- + 400/- additional fee.


  • Applicant must submit to Single Window with self-attested copy of any one of these documents (Aadhar card, Driving License, Pan Card, Passport) as proof of identity.
  • Marksheet photo copy of Last Exam Passed from this University.
  • Transfer Certificate copy Issued from College (only for regular student).

Declaration for obtaining Duplicate Migration Certificates

  • Application form collect from Cash Counter with deposit fee as per given below:
    • Normal Course 200/- + 1000/-


  • Applicant must submit to Single Window with self-attested copy of any one of these documents (Aadhar card, Driving License, Pan Card, Passport) as proof of identity.
  • Marksheet photo copy of Last Exam Passed from this University
  • Transfer Certificate copy Issued from College (only for regular student)
  • An attested copy (by concerned SHO) of F.I.R. lodged with the nearest Police Station to the effect that either the Original Migration has been irrecoverably lost or destroyed or defaced. If F.I.R. available on website of the state, then self-attested copy of its printout.
  • Duly Published News paper Cutting for lost or destroyed of certificate

Provisional Degree

  • Application form collect from Cash Counter with deposit fee of Rs. 300/-.
  • Applicant must submit to Single Window with self-attested copy of any one of these documents (Aadhar card, Driving License, Pan Card, Passport) as proof of identity.
  • Marksheet photo copy of Last Exam Passed from this University.
  • Course Complete Certificate/Internship Certificate (For Professional Course).
  • This Degree valid for 6 month.

Degree Request Form

  • Application form collect from Cash Counter with deposit fee as per deposit given below :
    • Normal Course 300/-


  • Applicant must submit to Window No. 1 with self-attested copy of any one of these documents (Aadhar card, Driving License, Pan Card, Passport) as proof of identity.
  • Marksheet photo copy of Related Examination

Duplicate Degree Request Form

  • Application form collect from Cash Counter with deposit fee as per deposit given below :
    • Normal Course 300/-+ 350/- (Additional Fee)


  • Applicant must submit to w self-attested copy of any one of these documents (Aadhar card, Driving License, Pan Card, Passport) as proof of identity.
  • Marksheet photo copy of Related Examination.
  • An attested copy (by concerned SHO) of F.I.R. lodged with the nearest Police Station to the effect that either the Original Degree has been irrecoverably lost or destroyed or defaced. If F.I.R. available on website of the state, then self-attested copy of its printout.

  • A affidavit declared by the Candidate that If He recover original degree he deposit duplicate Degree to the University.

Duplicate Mark sheet Request Form

  • Application form collect from Cash Counter with deposit fee of Rs. 200/- .
  • Applicant must submit to Single Window with self-attested copy of any one of these documents (Aadhar card, Driving License, Pan Card, Passport) as proof of identity.

Degree Verification

  • Degree Verified by Confidential Chart room. Fee deposit given as below:
    • UG: Rs 500
    • PG: Rs. 700

    **No Fee required for Government office’s documents.

Correction in Name of Students/ Mother Name/Father name Application form

  • Application form collect from Cash Counter with deposit fee of Rs. 200/- .
  • Applicant must submit to Related Course In-charge after verification from Enrollment section with copy of High School Certificate and Origional Marksheet to be revised.

Application Form for Result Detained

  • Application form collect from Cash Counter with deposit fee of Rs. 200/- .
  • Applicant must submit to Related Course In-charge after verification from Enrollment section with Net copy of detained marksheet.

Application Form for “RD-ENROLLMENT”

  • Application form collect from Cash Counter with deposit fee of Rs. 200/- .
  • Applicant must submit to Related Course In-charge after verification from Enrollment section with Net copy of detained mark sheet.

Application form for Refund of Fees

  • Applicant submit a forwarded application by online section with the detail of fee and submit to Examination Controller Office.

Challenge Evaluation Application From

  • Application form available online on University website. Challenge valuation fee is 2500/- per subject. If candidate’s marks exceed 20% by revaluation then Rs. 2000/- fee will be refund

Scrutiny of Paper

  • Application form collect from Cash Counter with deposit fee 100/- . Form available as per schedule given below :
  • General Course          -     After 15 days of result declaration
  • Professional Course   -     After 01 month of result declaration
  • Student must submit application form with Rs. 50/- D.D. per paper in favour of Finance Office, M.J.P. Rohilkhand University, Bareilly

The charges for issue of transcript of marks & various other certificates

  • UG course - 500/-
  • PG Course - 750/-
  • Professional Course - 1000/-

RTI of evaluated Answer book

  • Application must be submitted to office of Public Information Officer, M.J.P. Rohilkhand University, Bareilly with a Postal order of Rs. 10/- in favour of Finance Officer, M.J.P. Rohilkhand University, Bareilly
