Team of “IT-CLINIC”
The “IT-CLINIC” is comprised of one Coordinator, one Deputy Coordinator, a team of Technical Support (Lab-staff) and a team of Technical Support (Students) of the Department of Computer Science & Information Technology.
The Coordinator and Deputy Coordinator of the group will select a team of Technical Support (Lab-staff) and a team of Technical Support (Students-with their consent) of the Department of Computer Science & Information Technology and will have the authority to induct/ remove team members as per need.

The“IT-CLINIC” is providing the IT related solutions in the following manner:
- I. The students are involved in professionally operating the “IT-CLINIC” and will bedeputedas per need.
- II. The technical support team (Lab Staff) is working, supervising and managing the students,which is a very important aspect.
The Coordinator and Deputy Coordinator are workingalongwith theteam and providing overall guidanceand directionunder the overall supervision of advisor (Head, department of CSIT)of this team.
- III. One joint savings bank account for the group has been opened in the Union Bank of India(UBI), MJP Rohilkhand University branch in the names of the Coordinator and DeputyCoordinator.
- IV. Initially,the servicesofIT-Clinic are provided free-of-costtoallpeople of theuniversity campus as a part of promotion policy and now all the services are provided on reasonable rates decided by the committee and then the money earned is distributed among the team of students as per their contribution.
