The foundation stone was laid down by Hon'ble Governor of Uttar Pradesh Smt. Anandiben Patel, Chancellor MJPRU Bareilly and Prof. K. P. Singh the Vice Chancellor of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University (MJPRU), Bareilly.
